1- When will the Executive MindXchange be held?
The Summit will be held from 25 to 26 November in Manila, Philippines.
2- Where will the Executive MindXchange be held?
The Summit will be held at Sofitel Philippine Plaza, Manila.
3- How do I register?
We accept settlement of the Registration Fees by either one of two payment methods:
- By Cheque, made payable to ‘Frost & Sullivan (S) Pte Ltd’ or
- By Telegraphic Transfer (TT), into the following Account:

4- When should I pay?
All payments due must be received prior to the Event before registration can be confirmed.
5- Which payment method will be accepted?

6- Are there discounts available?
Yes, Early Bird and Group Discounts are available to qualifying delegates. Please Request for the e-Brochure to find out the details.
7- What happens if I need to cancel?
Frost & Sullivan does not provide refunds for cancellations. However, in the event you are unable to attend the Summit, a Substitute Delegate is welcome at no extra charge. You would need to provide us with Name & Designation of the Substitute Delegate at least 2 days prior to the Summit. We will, however, make course materials available to any delegate who has paid but is unable to attend.
8- What is the Dress Code?
The Dress Code for this Summit is Business Wear.
9- When will I receive my Delegate Pass?
Delegate Passes will be issued on-site at the Registration Desk on the day of the Summit.
10- Which meals are included as part of the Registration Fees?
Refreshments will be served at regular intervals throughout the Summit. The Registration Fees include Buffet Lunch on full Summit days. Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements. Breakfast and Dinner on Summit days are not included unless otherwise stated in the Registration package.
11- How do I make Guest Room Reservations at the Event Venue?
Frost & Sullivan will pre-book limited guest rooms at the Event Venue at a specially discounted rate. Details will be published on this website once the Event Venue is confirmed. However, such reservations are always subject to availability
